Cell Testing

Each cell is tested for voltage and internal resistance to ensure quality.

Cell Grading

Cells are sorted by performance to maintain pack consistency.

Spot Welding

Cells are welded and connected using high-quality bus bars.

PCB Integration

Advanced protection circuits (BMS) are added for safety and performance.

Wrapping & Insulation

Packs are insulated and wrapped to ensure thermal and structural integrity.

Final Testing

Fully assembled packs undergo performance and safety checks.

Packaging & Branding

Finished batteries are labeled, sealed, barcoded, and fitted with connectivity caps.

Dispatch

Finished battery packs are securely packaged and sent for delivery.
